Terms of use

Last updated 16 September 2026

Rondo is a free search of concerts announced by concert halls. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

The hall is the authority

Everything Rondo shows about a concert — date, time, programme, performers, prices, availability — is copied from what the hall itself publishes at the moment we last checked, and sometimes read by software that can misread it. Halls change their plans, and we can be late to notice or simply wrong. Rondo is provided as it is, with no promise that any of it is complete, current or correct.

Before you buy a ticket, book travel or a room, or make any other plan that costs money, confirm the details on the hall’s own website or with its box office. Where Rondo and the hall disagree, the hall is right — and we would be grateful to hear about it at support@rondoevents.com.

Rondo sells nothing

Rondo does not sell tickets, rooms or travel, and is not a party to anything you buy. Links to box offices, hotels and other sites take you to services run by other companies, under their own terms, prices and refund rules. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Some of those links may earn Rondo a commission if you book through them; it costs you nothing and never decides which concerts we show or in what order.

Machine-made parts

Some of what you see is produced by software, including AI: the reading of what you type into the search box, translated concert titles, and the matching of names across halls. The filters a search used are always shown, so you can check and change them. Translations are marked as ours; the hall’s own wording is shown beside them.

Alerts

Saved searches and tracked concerts send email when we notice something new or changed. An alert can arrive late, or not at all — a hall may change a page without us catching it, and email can fail. Treat alerts as a convenience, not as notice from the hall. Every alert email links to where you can change or stop it.

Your account

An account is for one person and is free. Keep its password to yourself. Do not use Rondo to send us anything unlawful, to overload the site, or to copy the catalogue in bulk. We may close an account that does, and we may change or stop any part of Rondo at any time. You can close yours whenever you like by writing to support@rondoevents.com.

Names and marks

The names of halls, orchestras, festivals and performers belong to their owners. Rondo is independent: showing a hall’s concerts does not mean the hall endorses Rondo, or Rondo the hall. A hall or rights holder who wants something corrected or removed can write to support@rondoevents.com and we will act on it promptly.

Limits of our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rondo is not liable for any loss arising from relying on information shown on the site or in its emails — including tickets, travel or accommodation booked, missed or wasted — nor for anything that happens on a site we link to. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and does not allow a contract to take away.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as Rondo changes; the date at the top says when they last did. How we handle personal information is on the privacy page. Anything else: support@rondoevents.com.
